USCIS has released new guidance instructing field officers to review all evidence filed with an I-601A, and if it appears that the offense is not a crime involving moral turpitude or qualifies for the petty offense or youthful offender exception, to not find reason to believe that the applicant may be inadmissible for any reason other than unlawful presence.
